Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or information systems; 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience with HCM Commitment Accounting and ERP/PeopleSoft modules is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM and payroll modules.
• Handle journal generation and payroll distribution across weekly, biweekly, and monthly cycles.
• Perform data reconciliations and validate data integrity between sub-systems.
