Capture One is seeking a Workplace & People Specialist for our Athens office. You will run the day-to-day office operations and manage people-operations administration to ensure a smooth experience for joiners and employees.

You will be the first point of contact for workplace questions, collaborating with the Head of HR and external vendors. The role combines facilities management with HR admin, requiring hands-on, organized, service-minded individuals who can handle contracts and personal data

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in office management or people operations.
• Fluent Greek and English, written and spoken.
• Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Discreet with confidential data and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Run the office day-to-day: facilities coordination, supplies, and equipment.
• Coordinate health & safety requirements and vendor management.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding tasks and access control.
• Handle local benefits administration and HR admin with external partners.
