Job summary

Dyania Health is seeking a People Operations Manager to lead the Athens office, reporting to our US-based People Director. You will own recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination with our local provider, and local compliance, while building a connected culture for the Greece team.

In year one, localize policies, manage employee records, ensure GDPR compliance, and serve as the primary on-site people partner as the team grows across Greece and our distributed

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of HR/People operations experience with hands-on ownership of core processes such as recruiting coordination, onboarding, payroll, or HR administration.
• Knowledge of Greek employment law and payroll practices.
• Strong discretion and judgment handling confidential employee matters.
• Fluent English and Greek to collaborate with US leadership and local teammates.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting coordination for the Greece team, including pipeline management and interview scheduling.
• Deliver onboarding experiences for new hires in Athens, localizing global materials.
• Manage day-to-day HR administration for Greece: contracts, documents, payroll coordination, compliance, and office systems.
• Localize policies and employee handbook for Greece and maintain accurate HR records.
• Foster employee engagement and culture with local events, feedback loops, and cross-border collaboration.
• Support global performance/goal setting rollout in Greece.
