Job summary

AI2CYBER is seeking a proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Greece to support our growing software engineering and cybersecurity teams.

This hands-on role covers recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and team development. You will own day-to-day HR activities, build reliable processes, and create a professional experience for candidates and employees.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to review CVs, conduct structured screening interviews, and assess candidates consistently.
• Good understanding of HR administration and the employee lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Greek employment practices and labour legislation.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise multiple responsibilities, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Very good written and spoken Greek and English.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or another relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job descriptions and posting vacancies to screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting final selections.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and candidate pipelines through Workable and other platforms.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate experience, communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Prepare and maintain employment documentation, personnel records, leave records, and HR information.
• Coordinate employment contracts, payroll inputs, benefits, and administrative matters with management, accountants, and legal advisers.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, handbooks, and guidelines.
• Assist managers with performance reviews, goal setting, development, and feedback processes.
• Monitor employee engagement and help identify workplace concerns early.
• Support training, professional development, and team-building initiatives.
• Ensure sensitive information is handled securely and confidentially.
• Maintain HR records and provide management with recruitment and workforce reports.
• Promote a professional, inclusive, accountable, and collaborative working environment.
