Job summary

Printec is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the people agenda across Greece and Cyprus, reporting to the Group Chief People Officer. You will partner with country leadership and support the local HR team to deliver comprehensive HR services.

You will drive workforce planning, compensation and benefits, onboarding, performance management and development initiatives, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and Group policies.

Qualifications

• University degree; MBA or MSc in HR, Organizational Behavior or Organizational Psychology preferred.
• At least 8 years HR experience, including 3+ years as HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
• Excellent command of Greek and English; tech savviness.
• Experience in international, multicultural organizations and in working with Group functions.
• Strong knowledge of Greek & Cypriot labor law and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Shape the people agenda with workforce, capability and organizational plans.
• Advise management on employee relations, workforce planning, compensation and benefits; provide strategic guidance.
• Drive organizational effectiveness by clarifying roles, KPIs and leading local reorganization and optimization initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and succession planning.
• Manage country compensation and benefits, salary review cycles and budgeting in line with Group policies.
• Ensure HR administration complies with Greek and Cypriot labor law and data in HR systems.
• Promote occupational health and safety and ESG activities.
• Lead or join Group and country HR projects and initiatives.
