Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years toward Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Finance or related field.
• Strong curiosity and motivation to learn, with a passion for people-focused work.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with HR systems (Workday, LMS, ServiceNow) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Talent Acquisition processes and internships programming; gather data insights.
• Support Talent Management & Organizational Development initiatives and design projects.
• Participate in Workday optimization, reporting and analytics; contribute to employee experience improvements.
• Assist in Compensation processes, data validation, and governance initiatives.
• Support Learning & Development program design, delivery, evaluation, and LMS administration.
• Collaborate with HR leaders and business units to provide strategic support on engagement and organization effectiveness.
• Work with cross-functional HR teams on key initiatives.
• Conduct research, create presentations, and prepare documentation for team effectiveness.
