Job summary

Dow Jones Summer 2027 Internship – People Team Intern in New York City offers a rotational exposure across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and HR operations. You will gain hands-on experience in projects that drive employee experience and organizational performance during a 10-week program.

The role is hybrid, based in our New York City office, with mentorship from senior HR leaders and structured development sessions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year undergraduate degree in HR, business, psychology, education, finance, or related field.
• Strong curiosity and motivation to learn with a passion for people-focused work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with HR systems (Workday, LMS, ServiceNow) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project-based work across People Team functions.
• Assist Talent Acquisition with recruiting processes, data insights, internship programming and employer branding.
• Contribute to Workday optimization, reporting and analytics, and People Operations improvements.
• Support year-end compensation processes, data validation, and job architecture reviews.
• Assist in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs; support LMS administration.
