Qualifications

• Completed at least two years toward a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong curiosity and motivation to learn, with a passion for people-focused work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with HR systems (Workday, LMS, ServiceNow) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project-based work across various People Team functions, including Talent Acquisition & Early Careers, Talent Management & Organizational Development, People Strategy & Operations, and Learning & Development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams and business partners on key initiatives.
• Gain exposure to HR technologies including Workday, ServiceNow, Google Workspace, and various collaboration tools.
