You will rotate through functions, work on projects, and partner with HR leaders to enhance employee experience.

The role is a 10-week summer internship based in NYC, with a hybrid work model. You will be paired with a mentor, attend development sessions, and contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Completed at least two years toward a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong curiosity and motivation to learn, with a passion for people-focused work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project-based work across various People Team functions.
• Assist with recruiting processes, internship programming, and employer branding.
• Contribute to performance management rollouts and organizational design projects.
• Participate in Workday optimization, reporting, and analytics.
• Support year-end compensation processes, data validation, and compliance initiatives.
• Assist in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs; support LMS administration.
