Responsibilities

• Support project-based work across People Team functions, including Talent Acquisition & Early Careers.
• Contribute to performance management rollouts and organizational design projects.
• Assist in Workday reporting, analytics, and process improvements.
• Support year-end compensation processes, data validation, and job architecture reviews.
• Assist in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs; support LMS administration.
