Job summary

Dow Jones & Co. is seeking a Summer 2027 People Team Intern in New York City. You will be part of the global HR function with rotation across Talent Acquisition, Management, Learning & Development, and People Operations.

This hybrid internship offers mentorship, exposure to Workday and other HR tools, and collaboration with senior leaders to develop practical HR experience during the 10-week program.

Qualifications

• Completed two years toward a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related fields.
• Interest in people-focused work and eagerness to learn in HR.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support HR function projects across Talent Acquisition and Org Development.
• Assist with data insights, internship programming, and employer branding.
• Help with Workday optimization, reporting, and analytics.
• Assist in compensation processes and learning & development activities.
• Collaborate with HR partners on engagement and workforce planning.
• Prepare presentations and documentation to improve team efficiency.
