Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program and graduating Dec 2027 – July 2029 (U.S.).
• Interest in HR, People operations, and business partnering.
• Willingness to work full-time in-office during internship period.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and HR operations.
• Assist in Workday optimization, reporting, and analytics.
• Contribute to compensation processes, organizational design, and employee experience projects.
• Help design training programs and support LMS administration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams on key initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and documentation to aid team effectiveness.
