Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Summer 2027 People Team Intern in New York City for a 10-week, in-office internship. You will rotate across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and more, gaining hands-on HR exposure and partnering with experienced professionals.

You will work full-time in a hybrid setup, with mentoring from leaders, projects, and development sessions; eligibility requires enrollment in a 4-year undergrad and Dec 2027–Jul 2029 graduation window; no sponsorship

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program.
• Graduating Dec 2027 – Jul 2029 (U.S.).
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Talent Acquisition, data insights, internship programming and employer branding.
• Support performance management rollouts and organizational design projects.
• Participate in Workday optimization, reporting and analytics.
• Support year-end compensation processes and job architecture reviews.
• Assist in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs and LMS administration.
• Partner with HR leaders on employee engagement and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams and prepare documentation.
• Gain exposure to HR technologies including Workday, ServiceNow, Google Workspace.
