Job summary

Dow Jones invites students to join its Summer 2027 People Team Internship in New York City for a 10-week program. You will rotate across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and People Operations, gaining hands-on experience with HR projects and analytics in a hybrid in-office setting.

You will be paired with a mentor, participate in professional development sessions, and join a diverse intern community designed to support growth and collaboration throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year undergrad degree with at least two years completed.
• Strong curiosity and motivation to learn, with a passion for people-focused work.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Talent Acquisition processes, data insights, internship programming, and employer branding initiatives.
• Contribute to performance management rollouts, change management efforts, and organizational design projects.
• Participate in Workday optimization, reporting and analytics, employee experience enhancements, and system/process improvements.
• Support year-end compensation processes, data validation, job architecture reviews, and compliance initiatives.
• Assist in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs; support LMS administration; research L&D best practices.
• Partner with HR leaders and business units to provide strategic support on employee engagement and workforce planning; align people priorities with business goals.
