Qualifications

• Completed at least two years toward a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
• Strong curiosity and motivation to learn, with a passion for people-focused work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, LMS, ServiceNow) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support People Team projects across Talent Acquisition, Management, and Operations.
• Contribute to performance management rollouts and organizational design projects.
• Participate in Workday optimization, reporting and analytics.
• Assist in year-end compensation processes, job architecture reviews, and compliance.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs; support LMS administration.
• Partner with HR leaders to align people priorities with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams and prepare documentation.
