News Corp is offering a 2027 Summer Internship in the People team based in New York City. The program provides hands-on HR experience across talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, compensation, and organizational development.

You will rotate through functions, work on projects, and engage with mentors and senior leaders in a hybrid in-office setting from June to August 2027.

Competenze

• Completed at least two years toward a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong curiosity and motivation to learn, with a passion for people-focused work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support project-based work across People Team functions, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and People Operations.
• Assist in Workday optimization, reporting, and analytics to improve employee experience.
• Contribute to organizational development projects and learning initiatives.
• Support compensation processes and annual data validation activities.
• Prepare presentations and documentation to enhance team effectiveness.
