Job summary

Keolis is seeking a workforce partner in Tempe, AZ to support HR administration and recruitment in a hybrid on-site role. You will handle onboarding, background checks, document collection, and HR reporting while actively sourcing and interviewing candidates for multiple roles.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with experience using ATS platforms and job boards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years sourcing/recruiting experience, high-volume recruiting preferred.
• 2 years HR experience; familiarity with HR practices and policies.
• Experience with ATS (UKG preferred) and job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to conduct structured, competency-based, and other interview types.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hybrid HR admin and recruiter with a 50/50 weekly split.
• Onboard new employees and coordinate background checks and documents.
• Monitor onboarding documents and HR reporting for management.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates; prepare offers.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and safety programs.
• Travel as needed and support administrative duties.
