Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• 2 years sourcing/recruiting experience required, high volume recruiting preferred.
• 2 years progressive HR experience required.
• HR databases; ATS experience (UKG knowledge preferred).
• Interviewing experience: structured, competency-based, stress.
• Experience with job boards (Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn).
• Knowledge of HR practices and policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onboarding contact for new employees.
• Assist with background checks and document collection.
• Monitor onboarding documents and HR reporting.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases and job boards.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews and document responses.
• Help with engagement activities and internal communications.
