Job summary

Legends Global in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an HR/recruiting professional to coordinate interviews, process new hire paperwork, and submit background checks in a timely, compliant manner.

You will build relationships with local agencies, train staff for events, explain program details, and support onboarding across six verticals. Strong communication, organization and Excel/Word proficiency are essential. Flexibility to work extended hours is often required.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating interviews and processing new hire paperwork.
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and external agencies.
• Flexibility to work extended hours due to business requirements including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and HR for final hiring decisions.
• Process new hire paperwork and submissions of background checks.
• Build relationships with local communities and employment agencies.
• Develop and implement staffing techniques to improve staff quality and quantity.
• Explain program details and train new employees for events and programs as needed.
• Perform reference checks.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and operating standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
