Job summary

Phoenix Logistics LLC in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with HR and hiring managers to drive employer branding, candidate attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and retention of new team members.

This full-time, onsite role involves high-volume full lifecycle recruiting for technical, manufacturing, engineering, and corporate positions, building diverse pipelines and coordinating interviewing, orientation, and DoD/SkillBridge awareness as part of the HR strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related technical and/or human resources field preferred.
• 2-5 years of recruiting experience, with high-volume recruiting experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Thorough understanding of DoD, SkillBridge and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive and influence Phoenix Logistics employer branding and candidate attraction practices.
• High-volume full lifecycle recruitment and onboarding for technical, manufacturing, engineering, and corporate roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define required skills and current/future positions.
• Facilitate interview and feedback processes to elevate screening.
• Coordinate New Employee Orientation and onboard new hires.
• Build diverse pipelines across the organization.
• Advance sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
• Assist development of the internship program.
• Cultivate relationships with staffing agencies, colleges and outreach organizations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
