Job summary

Phoenix Defense LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with HR and hiring managers on branding, recruitment, onboarding, and retention. This onsite, full-time role requires in-person attendance at the Phoenix area location and will drive high-volume recruiting across technical and corporate roles.

The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, and facilitate onboarding while building diverse pipelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical or HR field.
2-5 years of recruiting experience, including high-volume recruiting.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Drive employer branding and candidate attraction practices.
Manage full lifecycle recruiting across technical, manufacturing, engineering, and corporate roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define required skills and roles.
Facilitate interview and feedback processes to improve screening.
Coordinate New Employee Orientation and onboarding programs.
Develop and maintain diverse talent pipelines across the organization.
Improve sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes continuously.
Support internship program development and outreach with colleges and universities.
