Job summary

TechInsights is seeking a People & Talent Coordinator to be the on-the-ground contact for our Denver and US-based teams, splitting time between full-cycle recruitment and day-to-day employee support.

You will work with a globally distributed People team to manage onboarding, HRIS data accuracy, benefits administration, and routine employee inquiries, while ensuring compliance with US regulations and privacy guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in human resources and recruitment; internship or co-op considered
• Working knowledge of US employment regulations; willingness to learn
• Clear judgment about escalation of sensitive matters
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional communication with employees, candidates, and leaders at all levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams; familiarity with HRIS/ATS is an asset

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, HR intake interviews, and candidate communication
• Partner with hiring teams to understand role requirements and coordinate structured interview processes
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus channels
• Support offer preparation and coordinate new hire paperwork and onboarding logistics
• Conduct new hire check-ins to support integration and retention
• Serve as first point of contact for routine employee relations questions and people process inquiries
• Support day-to-day benefits administration and enrollment processing
• Maintain HRIS and ATS data accuracy
• Take on ad hoc cross-functional projects as assigned
