  • Partner with hiring teams to understand role requirements and coordinate structured, consistent interview processes
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus or intern channels
  • Support offer preparation and coordinate new hire paperwork and onboarding logistics, including documentation collection, employment eligibility verification, and orientation scheduling
  • Conduct new hire check-ins to support early integration and retention
  • Serve as the first point of contact for routine employee relations questions and people process inquiries, escalating complex or sensitive matters as needed
  • Support day-to-day benefits administration, including enrollment processing, routine employee questions, and life-event changes
  • Maintain HRIS and ATS data accuracy
  • Take on ad hoc cross-functional projects and initiatives as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources and recruitment; internship or co-op experience in a related field is considered

  • Working knowledge of US employment regulations; willingness and curiosity to learn is required
  • Comfortable handling routine, sensitive employee information with discretion, and clear judgment about when to escalation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Clear, professional communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with employees, candidates, and leaders at all levels
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams; familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms is an asset
  • Comfortable working within a globally distributed team and adapting to time zone differences
