You will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and specialist roles, source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and proactive mapping, and develop effective hiring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify hard-to-find technical talent
• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience using ATS and recruitment analytics/reporting tools
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Experience in a multinational or regional organisation is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and specialist positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive talent mapping.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate assessments while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment activity, identify bottlenecks, and provide regular hiring updates and insights.
• Ensure recruitment practices follow company policies and relevant employment regulations.
