Job summary

College Track is seeking a People Systems & Analytics Manager to connect the People & Culture team’s data and technology. You will manage HRIS, dashboards, and compliance reporting, partnering across functions to tell evidence-based stories about organizational health.

You will lead system rollouts, drive automation, and be the in-house expert on HR software like ADP, Greenhouse, and CultureAmp, while reporting to the VP of People & Culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in systems and data management.
• Experience building simple, sustainable processes that stick after rollout.
• Comfort learning and administering HR software — ATS, survey tools, HRIS, PM platforms.
• Ability to turn data into a story that resonates with different audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical program/project management of our people data, systems, and tools — HRIS, dashboards, and state/federal compliance reporting.
• Build dashboards that connect the dots across People & Culture data and drive organizational change.
• Own the People & Culture KPI dashboard — accurate, insightful, and tied to the bigger organizational narrative.
• Be the go-to expert on our P&C software stack, ensuring every tool is used to its full potential.
