Job summary

College Track is seeking a People Systems & Analytics Manager to connect our People & Culture team's data and technology. You will turn HR data into a clear, evidence-based story for leadership and manage the HR tech stack to enable scalable insights.

You'll partner across functions to build compliant, insightful analytics and dashboards, while modernizing systems and driving high-value automation in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in systems and data management.
• Track record of building simple, sustainable processes post-rollout.
• Comfort learning and administering HR software—ATS, survey tools, HRIS, PM platforms.
• Ability to turn data into a story that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication across groups.
• Fluency with Google Sheets/Excel and data visualization, including AI tools.
• Genuine commitment to College Track's mission to remove barriers to a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical program/project management of people data, systems, and tools (HRIS, dashboards, compliance reporting).
• Build dashboards linking People & Culture data to drive organizational change.
• Deliver automated reporting to leadership teams and the Board.
