Job summary

College Track is seeking a People Systems & Analytics Manager to connect our People & Culture team’s data and technology. You’ll architect a clean HRIS workflow in the morning and present a compelling people-trends narrative to the Senior Leadership Team in the afternoon.

You'll report to the VP of People & Culture and partner across functions to turn HR data into insights, build dashboards, ensure compliance, and drive automation across tools like ADP, HiBob, CultureAmp, Greenhouse,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in systems and data management.
• Experience building simple, sustainable processes that stick after rollout.
• Comfort learning and administering HR software — ATS, HRIS, LMS, etc.
• Ability turning data into a story that resonates with different audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse groups.
• Technical fluency in Google Sheets/Excel and data visualization tools, including AI tools.
• Commitment to College Track's mission of helping scholars overcome barriers to a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical program/project management of people data, systems, and tools — HRIS, dashboards, and compliance reporting.
• Build dashboards and connect People & Culture data to drive organizational change.
• Deliver insights and automated reporting to Leadership Team and Board.
• Own the People & Culture KPI dashboard, ensuring accuracy and insight.
