Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruitment teams to hire for critical roles and coordinate onboarding.
• Guide leaders through performance reviews and track training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HRIS data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on workforce planning and labor relations.
