• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of HR experience.
• Ability to analyze information from multiple sources.
• Strong MS Office and HRIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management.
• Provide employee relations guidance and assist with disciplinary actions.
• Identify employment-related risks with managers and begin investigations.
• Manage HR functions such as employment, labor relations, and compensation for a unit.
• Conduct training on performance management and diversity.
• Apply knowledge of standard HR principles to complex assignments.
• Coach others and share knowledge across HR disciplines.
