Job summary

CBRE is seeking a People Business Partner to support the rollout of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures. You will work within the People Strategy and Operations function to design, execute, and monitor HR programs and policies.

You will help develop onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management while guiding employee relations, risk identification, and investigations. Frequent travel (up to 40% monthly) to sites and large fulfillment centers is required, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of experience and education considered.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis from multiple sources.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Provide employee relations guidance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary support.
• Identify employment-related risks with managers and assist investigations.
• Manage HR functions such as employment, labor relations, and compensation for business unit.
• Conduct training on performance management and diversity topics.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across the function.
• Lead by example and drive consensus following CBRE RISE values.
• Impact customer, operational, and service activities within teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and explain difficult information.
