Job summary

CBRE is seeking a People Business Partner to roll out HR initiatives, policies, and programs in a dynamic environment. You will partner with leaders to drive onboarding improvements, performance processes, and employee relations while shaping the People Strategy and Operations function.

This role involves travel to sites (up to 40% monthly) and collaboration across business units, with a focus on risk management, policy communication, and coaching for teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills for percentage and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management.
• Provide employee relations guidance and assist with disciplinary actions and performance improvement.
• Identify employment-related risks and support investigations and grievances.
• Manage HR functions such as employment, labor relations, compensation for a business unit.
• Conduct training on topics including performance management and diversity.
