Job summary

Endeavor Air in Minneapolis, MN seeks an Associate Human Resources Business Partner to support people strategies and day-to-day HR operations. You will work with experienced HR leaders, contributing to employee relations, labor relations, workforce reporting, and organizational initiatives.

In this role you will assist partners with policy guidance, performance management support, leave and accommodation matters, and confidential records maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 3 years in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or HR operations.
• Strong organization and administrative skills.
• Experience supporting leaders or employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to unionized environments and collective bargaining agreements preferred.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR practices.
• HR certification or progress toward certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Business Partners with day-to-day administrative support and documentation.
• Provide guidance on HR programs, processes, and policy matters.
• Support employee engagement, culture, and organizational health initiatives.
• Assist with performance management, attendance, and leave matters.
• Coordinate unemployment claims and HR processing activities.
• Support labor relations, including grievance tracking and CBA administration.
• Maintain confidential HR records and reports.
• Contribute to talent reviews and succession planning.
• Analyze workforce data and support change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with audits and regulatory requirements.
