We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to play a key strategic and operational role in aligning people practices with business priorities across Endeavour’s portfolio and internal teams. This role acts as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, ensuring that HR solutions are proactive, scalable, and aligned with the unique environment of high‑growth, multi‑entity organizations.

The Human Resources Business Partner needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self‑motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and works equally well independently as with a team.

Endeavour is highly selective about the people we bring on board because our ecosystem depends on it. Change happens quickly here, and we must maintain a strong team of honest, communicative, collaborative, open‑minded, strategic, reliable, and driven members. We seek ultra‑creatives and superstar performers with self‑awareness, a sense of humility, and a hunger to make a positive impact in the world. Endeavour offers flexibility and endless growth opportunities to those who can harness their skills and talents and identify how and where to use them to add value. Our support team is the heart of the ecosystem. We’re a diverse group of bright, passionate, dedicated people, working together to make a real difference. Are you ready to join the journey?

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders by deeply understanding their teams, objectives, and challenges across a multi‑entity environment.
  • Conduct regular touchpoints with assigned business units to ensure alignment on people strategy and execution.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership, organizational design, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Leverage HR data and trends to inform people strategies and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Lead the resolution of complex employee relations matters with objectivity, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, working with legal counsel as necessary.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational change initiatives.
  • Facilitate performance processes, career development conversations, and training initiatives.
  • Facilitate compensation planning in partnership with department leads and direct managers, making thoughtful recommendations based on team dynamics and market data.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR programs, systems, and practices.
  • Support HR integration for new business units or portfolio companies when applicable.
  • Perform other people‑focused initiatives and responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including in an HRBP or advisory capacity.
  • SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP strongly preferred.
Specific Skills / Abilities
  • Strong background in resolving complex employee relations issues and supporting leadership through change.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a company building environment, multi‑entity or decentralized business environments.
  • Comfortable building processes from the ground up and influencing.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Polished and professional demeanor and communication style, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize, plan and perform multiple urgent tasks seamlessly.
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance standards.
  • High integrity and emotional intelligence, with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with care.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms such as Lattice, ADP, or Deel.
  • Experience supporting high‑growth or private equity‑backed businesses is a plus.
