Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 9 years of progressive HR experience as an HRBP.
• 4 years of experience in a multi-functional international environment.
• 4 years of experience in Aerospace preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic HR partnerships with leaders to influence business outcomes.
• Lead HR initiatives across talent acquisition, compensation, benefits and employee relations.
• Drive change management and organizational development across regions.
• Provide coaching to leaders on HR metrics and people-related risks.
• Support workforce planning and succession across global business units.
