Job summary

Endeavor Air, headquartered in Minneapolis, seeks a Manager, Occupational Safety and Human Factors to lead safety, health, and environmental programs across airline operations. You will develop policies, risk controls, training, and assurance activities to prevent injuries and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will partner with departments to apply Human Factors principles to design, procedures, and fatigue-risk controls, while supervising audits and investigations to drive continuous safety

Qualifications

• Experience applying Human Factors principles to people, tasks, equipment, and environments.
• Strong ability to work across functions and manage safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise Human Factors framework integrated with SMS.
• Evaluate influences on performance including workload and fatigue.
• Incorporate Human Factors principles into job design, procedures and training.
• Develop and standardize safety, health, and environmental policies.
• Lead OSHA compliance activities and regulatory responses.
• Audit safety programs and monitor corrective actions.
