Metropolis is seeking a Manager, People Solutions to oversee the Central People Operations function, driving daily delivery, automations, and cross-functional partnerships. You will mentor a team of coordinators, translate data into strategy, and support rapid growth.

The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration with Payroll, HR, Legal and Field Leadership, and an on-site work model with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Operations, HR Operations, or Shared Services with team leadership.
• Hands-on with Workday, UKG or ADP HRIS ensuring data accuracy.
• Experience implementing automation or AI to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Establish, refine, and maintain SOPs and daily delivery schedules for high-quality service.
• Oversee HRIS data accuracy across employee lifecycles with robust audit trails.
• Lead automation and AI initiatives to improve turnaround and efficiency.
• Serve as escalation point for complex employee transactions using data and experience to resolve.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk and Field Leadership on priorities.
• Analyze field error patterns and drive corrective actions to improve data quality.
• Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
• Coach and develop a team of People Solutions Coordinators and manage workloads.
