Job summary

Ventra Health, Inc. is seeking a People Services Partner to support the daily functions of the People Experience and Talent Management department.

This role covers benefits administration, onboarding, colleague relations, compliance, and policy enforcement with a people-first approach. You will handle ticketing, onboarding surveys, employee relations, audits, and training coordination, while ensuring privacy and adherence to company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in HR administration or related role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing: Respond to colleague inquiries and route tickets to the appropriate People Partner or department.
• Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires and analyze onboarding surveys.
• Colleague relations and engagement: Act as contact for employee concerns and support engagement activities.
• Compliance and recordkeeping: Ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain employee records, assist with audits and training compliance.
• Performance management: Assist in performance evaluation processes and improvement plans.
• Training and development: Coordinate training programs and track participation.
• Policy implementation: Help draft, update, and enforce People policies and guidelines.
• Offboarding: Manage clearance, exit interviews and deactivation of access.
• Administrative support: Provide reports, document prep and event planning; manage recognition programs.
