Job summary

Ventra Health, Inc. is seeking a Total Rewards Partner to administer benefits, wellness, retirement and related payroll activities for the United States. You will provide frontline service to colleagues, manage enrollments, and support vendors with accurate eligibility data.

The role covers end-to-end leave management (FMLA/ADA), benefits inquiries, and participation in annual open enrollment. Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills are essential for success in a cross-functional

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or related experience.
• At least two (2) years of payroll processing and benefits support experience.
• Hands on experience with payroll/HRIS software, ExponentHR highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information.
• Ensures accuracy of benefits enrollments in the HRIS and communicates with vendors.
• Owns end-to-end leave management (FMLA, ADA, state leaves) from intake to return to work.
• Interprets and applies federal, state, and local leave regulations for compliant policy.
• Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions and enrollment status.
• Manages annual open enrollment setup, testing, and post-enrollment audits.
