Job summary

Ventra Health seeks a Total Rewards Partner to administer benefits, wellness, retirement, and related US programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k), while supporting payroll activities and frontline service to colleagues.

You will own leave management (FMLA/ADA/state leaves), maintain compliance across states, handle inquiries, and assist with open enrollment and COBRA processes, ensuring accurate deductions and timely payroll.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or related experience.
• At least two years of payroll processing and benefits support experience.
• Experience with payroll/HRIS software; ExponentHR preferred.
• Excellent customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with strong time management.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and leave regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers benefits, wellness, retirement for US employees and supports payroll activities.
• Maintains confidentiality and processes employment verifications timely.
• Ensures accuracy of benefits enrollments in HRIS and coordinates with vendors.
• Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions.
• Owns end-to-end leave management including FMLA and ADA across states.
• Interprets leave regulations and ensures policy compliance and timely notices.
• Coordinates with payroll and carriers on pay, deductions, and leave tracking.
• Supports annual open enrollment and COBRA administration.
