Job summary

Ventra Health, Inc. is seeking an HR Benefits and Payroll Specialist to administer benefits, retirement, and payroll support for US employees. You will serve as the frontline for employee inquiries and work on COBRA and leave management.

Responsibilities include benefits enrollment, vendor invoice reconciliation, open enrollment, and ensuring accurate payroll deductions. Strong knowledge of leave regulations and proficiency with Excel and HRIS are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 2+ years payroll and benefits experience.
• Strong knowledge of leave regulations and multi-state payroll.
• Proficient in Excel and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits, retirement, and payroll support for US employees.
• Serve as frontline for employee benefits and pay inquiries.
• Manage benefits enrollment, COBRA, and vendor invoice reconciliation.
• Own leave management including FMLA, ADA, and state-mandated leaves.
• Support open enrollment and ensure accurate payroll deductions.
