Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Manager of People Process Transformation to architect operational efficiency across the HR function. You will document processes, design AI-ready workflows, and ensure compliance while enabling self-service at scale.

In a hybrid NYC role, you will drive end-to-end discovery, map gaps, and lead cross-functional collaboration with People COEs, Tech, and legal teams to optimize Workday, ServiceNow, and future AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in HR/IT/business.
• 7+ years in HR Operations, BPO, or global consulting roles.
• Experience documenting current-state vs future-state gaps.
• Cross-functional, global collaboration experience.
• Gatekeeping for process quality and stakeholder management.
• Interest in AI transformation and future HR readiness.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar certification (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and ServiceNow HRSD (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI agents, workflow design and automation (preferred).
• Experience with process mining and data analytics (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to person for HR process architecture.
• Develop and maintain a global service catalogue for the People team.
• Lead AI & automation initiatives within People Ops.
• Map end-to-end processes to identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Define ownership frameworks (RACI/RAD) for HR workflows.
• Design lean, self-service, scalable Future State processes.
• Establish and report on process health metrics.
• Monitor cycle times, compliance, and volumes for improvements.
• Collaborate across HR, Tech, and legal/compliance.
• Bridge HR needs with Workday, ServiceNow, and AI tools.
