Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a People Experience Program Manager to drive the details of the employee journey, spotting friction and turning insights into practical improvements. Based in Midtown Manhattan, you will collaborate with People Experience, Operations, PBPs and Technology to embed an end-to-end perspective on support across the organization.

You will map journeys, test ideas with employees, and identify opportunities where self-service, automation and AI can simplify experiences, while

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR, Operations or Employee Experience
• Data-driven patterns from feedback/case trends
• Understanding of employee lifecycle and working practices
• Curious mindset and willingness to ask why
• Detail-oriented with improvement focus
• Strong problem-solving from root cause to solutions
• Ability to see both detail and big picture
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams
• Interest in HR tech, automation and AI to simplify work
• Explain complex concepts clearly
• Strong organization and multi-tasking
• Willingness to work in Midtown Manhattan 3 days a week
• Workday/ServiceNow HRSD experience (preferred)
• Mapping employee journeys (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Focus on the details behind the employee experience and moments that matter
• Identify friction, extra steps, unclear ownership and poor handoffs
• Collaborate with People teams to connect experiences end-to-end
• Use feedback, data and listening methods to surface opportunities
• Turn personas and pain points into clear recommendations across service, tech, or ways of working
• Work with People Technology and system owners to improve HR tools
• Track impact on effort, satisfaction and service trends
