Summary

The Process Innovation Lead, AI & Workflow Transformation will act as a business process architect to drive workflow transformation across critical business processes and operational functions. The role diagnoses operational challenges, redesigns workflows, evaluates AI and automation solutions, and translates business needs into requirements for technical delivery teams. This is an in-office role based in New York.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational challenges and opportunities for workflow improvement across business functions
• Redesign processes to improve decision-making, efficiency, visibility, and scalability
• Evaluate AI, automation, and technology solutions against business needs
• Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables for implementation teams
• Build business cases and ROI models to support prioritization and investment decisions
• Partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in process innovation, product management, consulting, or digital/agile transformation
• Proven experience leading corporate-scale transformation initiatives from definition through delivery
• Working knowledge of cross-functional business processes and operational workflows within retail or consumer-facing industries
• Practical experience applying AI, automation, low-code/no-code platforms, or workflow technologies to solve business problems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills and experience working across global, cross-functional organizations
• Preferred: experience in luxury fashion, retail, PLM, ERP, merchandising, or supply chain systems
