Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Manager, People Process & Solutions to architect and drive AI-powered, self-service HR processes. You will document processes for the People team, ensure compliance, and lead cross-functional initiatives across HR, Tech, and Legal.

Hybrid work with three days in Midtown, reporting to the Director of People Technology & Solutions. You will partner with Workday and ServiceNow, shape future-state workflows, and track process health metrics while advancing AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience in HR/Business/IT
• 7+ years in HR Operations, BPO, or management consulting in a global org
• Experience documenting current-state vs future-state gaps with stakeholders
• Proven cross-functional, matrixed, global collaboration
• Interest in AI transformation and process-first approach to AI
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and ServiceNow HRSD (preferred)
• Experience with process mining/data analytics (preferred)
• Lean Six Sigma or similar certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Act as go-to person for HR process architecture
• Develop and maintain a global service catalogue for the People team
• Lead AI & automation initiatives within People Ops
• Map end-to-end processes to identify bottlenecks and risks
• Define ownership frameworks (RACI/RAD) for HR workflows
• Design lean, self-service, scalable future-state processes
• Establish and report on process health metrics
• Monitor cycle times, compliance, errors, and volume
• Bridge HR needs with Workday/ServiceNow and AI tools
