Job summary

Dow Jones & Company, Inc. is seeking a Manager of People Process & Solutions to architect our HR operations, document processes, and drive AI-powered self-service improvements across the global People team.

You will partner with People COEs, HR Tech, and legal/compliance to map end-to-end processes, define ownership (RACI/RAD), and ensure scalable, compliant Future State workflows. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the Midtown office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field or comparable experience.
• 7+ years in HR Operations, BPO, Consulting in global org.
• Proven ability to document current vs future state gap analyses.

Responsibilities

• Architect HR process design and AI-optimized workflows across the global organization.
• Develop and maintain a global service catalogue for People.
• Lead AI & automation initiatives within People Ops and ensure compliance.
