Dow Jones is seeking a Senior Manager, Organizational Development in New York City to shape the organization's effectiveness strategy through advanced transformation consulting, organizational design, and strategic change management. You will advise senior leaders and People Partners to drive health, culture integration, and capability building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in OD, IO Psychology, HR, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Development.
• Expertise in organizational design methodologies and change management.
• Experience applying AI to diagnostics and delivery.
• Strong business acumen and leadership consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex organizational design and business transformation projects.
• Design and implement integrated talent strategy aligned with Dow Jones goals.
• Establish and grow the Change Management COE with AI tools.
• Partner with executives and leaders to shape organizational health.
• Forecast workforce needs and scenarios; mitigate risks.
• Monitor trends in AI in HR/OD and adjust practices.
• Translate metrics into actionable operating models.
