Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a People Experience Partner in Midtown Manhattan to enhance employee journeys and simplify processes. You will work with People Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and operations to deliver scalable solutions globally, while moving routine tasks to People Operations to keep the model efficient.

You will partner with stakeholders to deliver human-centred processes, use data and AI tools to improve self-service, and drive improvements across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in HR, employee experience, people operations, or advisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with People Business Partners and operations to improve employee journeys.
• Use data, feedback and trends to identify opportunities to reduce friction.
• Provide high-quality support to employees and managers in complex moments.
• Move repetitive work to People Operations or automated channels.
• Support change initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Measure success through service improvements and better employee experiences.
