Job summary

ProLogistix, part of Employbridge, is seeking a motivated Staff Performance Coordinator in Lakeland, FL to support vendors, clients, and associates in a fast-paced logistics environment. The role focuses on issue resolution, onboarding, payroll, and safety observations.

You will use CRM and Power BI to identify workforce challenges, coach on attendance, and manage performance reviews while coordinating with vendors and client partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Customer service experience handling client communications.
• HR experience preferred and familiarity with process-oriented settings.
• Ability to multi-task, adjust priorities, and perform under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts on employee issues.
• Educate clients on guidelines and set expectations for handling issues.
• Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of employee issues.
• Coordinate resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners.
• Collect onboarding documents for each employee prior to start.
• Run reports with CRM/Power BI to identify workforce challenges.
• Participate in client meetings about safety and operations and document incidents.
• Coach associates on attendance policies and perform ABC performance reviews.
• Process payroll and track attendance, wage, and hour compliance.
• Lead facility tours for candidates and understand client goals.
• Conduct onboarding, I-9s, and background checks.
