Qualifications

• Experience coordinating vendor and client communications.
• Onboarding documentation and I-9s handling experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• HR experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a high‑pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educate client on guidelines and set expectations for handling employee issues.
• Ensure all employee issues are handled promptly and appropriately.
• Collect onboarding documents for each employee prior to start date.
• Run reports and use data to identify workforce challenges and escalates issues to the appropriate resource.
• Coaches associates on attendance policies and conducts ABC performance reviews.
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage and hour compliance.
• Conduct onboarding, I-9s, and background checks.
