Job summary

ProLogistix, part of Employbridge, is seeking a motivated Staff Performance Coordinator to join our team. This role serves as the primary liaison for vendors and client contacts on employee matters, ensures timely issue resolution, and supports onboarding and payroll processes in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Customer service experience handling client communications.
• HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educate clients on guidelines and set expectations for handling employee issues.
• Ensure timely handling of employee issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors and clients.
• Collect onboarding documents for each employee before start date.
• Run reports and use data to identify workforce challenges (CRM, Power BI).
• Participate in client meetings about safety and operations and document safety incidents.
